Lean Six Sigma Training

Agile&CO Ltd. is organizing a training course “”Lean Six Sigma” – a Precise and Economical Manufacturing” this year on August 8.

During the training course, combining theoretical studies with practical simulations, its participants will be demonstrated Lean Six Sigma methodology for systematic optimization of business processes and for cutting expenses in a company.

The training is focused on representatives of senior management and change agents, i.e., persons who carry out reorganization and improvement of internal business processes in order to increase efficiency of business performance.

The course will be run by an expert with more than 10 years’ experience in the field of optimization of business processes – Aigars Staks, who during his professional career as a consultant has participated in more than 40 large-scale projects in Latvia and abroad.
